Figma Weave Workflows
Over the past sprint, I built and tested four scalable workflows in Figma Weave, aimed at speeding up concept mock-ups, asset generation, and production-ready creative. This report summarises each workflow, what it does, and its impact against two key questions: does it make us faster at mocking up ideas, and does it make us faster at producing them?
Campaign Asset Generator
A detailed campaign moodboard is fed in and converted into a system prompt with built-in campaign guidelines. From there, a simple idea prompt generates three distinct visual directions, ready to run through Nanobanana Pro.
Impact: Speeds up concept mock-ups, multiple on-brand visual options generated in minutes rather than a full creative development cycle.

Automated Reversioning Workflow
Upload any existing creative, and the workflow automatically generates it across all required sizes and formats.
Impact: Directly speeds up production. A traditionally manual, repetitive task is now automated, freeing up time for higher-value creative work.

Billboard Location Mockup Generator
Anyone on the team can input a written idea plus existing campaign assets, and Weave generates a location-specific billboard mockup — ready to drop straight into a client proposal.
Impact: Speeds up concept mock-ups significantly. No design skills required, removing reliance on design resource for early-stage proposal visuals.

Vibe Coding
A collection of ideas built by describing them into existence, with no traditional development process; just conversation-driven prompting from concept to a shipped, working product. This section spans a generative art experiment, a functional utility tool, and a live business website, showing the range of what's possible when you treat an AI coding assistant as a genuine build partner rather than just a helper.
Synesthesia
An interactive audio-visual exhibition pairing 27 Pantone colours with 27 original soundscapes, turning colour theory into something you can listen to. Hover a swatch, hit play, and hear the sound built for that exact shade, a small, self-contained exploration of cross-sensory design. Used the Elevenlabs API to generate music.

Course Finder
A guided discovery tool that asks eighteen quiet questions to build a profile across six dimensions, then surfaces real courses that fit, with reasoning included and no sponsored placements. Built to feel more like a considered conversation than a search form.

Archive Records Management
A live, in-production website for my father's records management company, used for genuine business development rather than as a demo. It communicates the company's document scanning and records management services across sectors like education, healthcare, finance, and the public sector, and is currently helping bring in real client enquiries.
